Inspired by seasonal ingredients, the Le Calandre menu is a map of Max Alajmo’s culinary journey. Guests may choose from three tasting menus - "Classico," "Max" and "Raf" - or decide to create their own menu of 2, 3 or 4 courses selecting dishes from the tasting menus.
