THE SAUNA
The Finnish Sauna of the Royal Azzurra is entirely made of wood, to withstand the temperatures generated by steam.
Since the sauna is activated and deactivated externally, you won't have to worry about learning how it works. Let us know the time you want to start and enter the cabin.The only action you will have to perform is the loyly, which is the practice of collecting water from the wooden bucket using the special ladle, and pour it on the lava stones so that it generates clouds of steam that increase the temperature of the cabin.
It can accommodate up to two people per session. The recommended duration for each session is a maximum of 30 minutes.
At the end of the session, you will find fruit refreshments and drinks suitable to replenish liquids naturally.

The cabin is also equipped with chromotherapy, which allows you to benefit from the effects of colour therapy, such as calming nervous states and reducing depression.
